In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, plain Greek yogurt, granulated garlic, and instant yeast. Stir the mixture together until a sticky dough forms. The dough will be quite sticky, so don’t worry if it feels a bit wet.

On a metal sheet pan lined with parchment paper, pat dough out to roughly a 10 inch round. Dough will be stucky, so use oiled or floured hands.

Par-bake the dough in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until it starts to firm up and lightly brown.

Remove the par-baked dough from the oven. Add your pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
