Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Mix, baking soda, PE Science protein powder, nutmeg, and wheat bran. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and Fat Free Fairlife Milk until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh peach chunks (half the peach), making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter. 

  6. Pour the batter into a greased oven-safe dish
  7. Top with other half of peach. Roughly 6 peach slices.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is set in the center and lightly golden on the edges.
  9. Enjoy your protein-packed peach pancake warm, or let it cool completely for meal prep.
