Description

This indulgent single-serve cake bowl is ready in minutes and boasts over 30 grams of protein. It's perfect for those days when you're craving something delectable but still want to stay on track with your health goals.

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl combine all dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
  2. Add water to dry ingredients and mix. Once incorporated batter should resemble the consistency of pancake batter.
  3. Place in microwave and cook on medium power (6 out of 10) for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Slightly undercooking will help keep the cake from drying out.
  4. Because every microwave is different, it may take a few attempts to nail down the power setting and cook time that is right for your microwave.
  5. Immediately top with 1 Tbsp or 9g semi-sweet chocolate chips. The heat from the cake will melt the chocolate a bit.
  6. Sprinkle on a pinch of flakey sea salt or any other topping you like.
  7. Enjoy!
